1. Are your soaps vegan?

All of my soaps are vegan with the exception of one. Warm Oats (oatmeal and Manuka honey) is made with goat milk and honey. All other bars are vegan!

2. Is your palm-oil sustainably sourced?

Yes, the company from which I purchase palm oil is certified RSPO. In addition, they source the oil from Colombia instead of Borneo and Sumatra - where the orangutan lives.

3. Do you make palm-free soaps?

Yes! Pure & Simple, Sunshine Citrus, and Warm Oats are all made with cocoa butter instead of palm oil. I am also expanding my line of palm free soaps. Stay tuned!

4. Are there care instructions for the soap bars?

It is best to allow your soap bars to dry between uses and not sit in a puddle of water. Check out my biodegradable soap dishes with a raised platform that will eliminate this issue.

5. Do you use nut oils?

We use nut and seed oils and butter in our products - mainly sweet almond oil, shea butter, and cocoa butter. If you have an allergy to any ingredients on the label or suspect you may, please do a patch test first. If any irritation occurs, please discontinue using the product.

6. What if I'm having a problem with one of the products I ordered.

If there is an allergy issue or skin irritation discontinue use immediately. Also, feel free to contact us at info@blossomsandbud.com

7. Can I make a return?

Body Products

Given the personal nature of body products, these items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your order.

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is damaged or incorrect. We will work with you to make it right!

Allergies, Sensitivities, Irritations

We use nut and seed oils and butter in our products. If you have an allergy to any ingredients on the label or suspect you may, please do a patch test first. If any irritation occurs, please discontinue using the product.
